The way it works : All repairs are done by appointment only (Any appointment can be scheduled by contacting us at our office during regular business hours. 1pm-8pm Monday - Friday PST, or by emailing us at our company address.) Once this has been completed, the unit needs to be brought in, or shipped to the shop along with a $75 CASH deposit. (In the case of multiple devices, multiple deposits must be secured ! Vintage devices may require a larger deposit. Check with a staff member for more on this.)  Once we receive the device , we will evaluate the item (normally within 48 hours) and get back to you with an assessment &  estimate of the repairs & related fees.  If you choose to have the unit repaired, the deposit will be deducted from the repair estimate and you will be required to remit the balance once the repairs have been completed. If you decide NOT to have the unit repaired, we will relinquish the unit to you while keeping the $75 deposit as a check out charge . We do request that you pick up the item (or pay to have it shipped back) within a timely manor(Normally 2-3 days MAX). If you require "IN HOME" service, the service call is $150 for the first hour (per man) and $100 an hour(per individual on site, predicated on the repair )for the subsequent hours.  We advise making an appointment and Having the service done in the shop to reduce the cost if at all possible ( UNLESS, of course, the unit is too large to transport ,or too heavy, or we are referring to a sound system repair or such instance.)  The following is very important!!!!! We can not guarantee that the unit will be repaired in one visit, as we cannot possibly stock ALL the parts for EVERY unit made in every instance!  So, in some cases, additional service calls may be required to install any parts that might need to be ordered. No old parts will be returned unless requested prior to repair. All repaired item invoices must be paid in full within 14 days of notification of completion of said repairs! (unless previous arrangements have been made!) All payments must be made in CASH unless authorization has been made prior to repair. No exceptions!!!!!!!!!!!
